The role focuses on learning to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with mentor guidance and hands-on practice. You will read estimates, identify damage, and develop skills through structured training.

No experience is required. Earn while you learn with weekly pay and benefits from day one, plus tools provided after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Complete required TAP training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply repair techniques to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Follow mentor guidance while developing hands-on skills in body repair.
