Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare repair orders by describing damage and required repairs.
• Enter repair orders into the service database system.
• Collect data and prepare reports accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain records by updating estimates, work orders, and actions.
• Notify customers about progress, issues, and additions.
• Support the body shop department with administrative tasks.
• Document all relevant repair information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities of a Body Shop Service Administrator entail:

• Prepare repair orders by describing damage and causes discovered as well as repairs and services required.
• Enter repair orders into service database system.
• Collect data and prepare reports in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Maintain records by recording estimates, updates on work orders, problems, and corrective actions planned.
• Reach out to customers to keep them updated on progress, issues, and supplements.
• Support the body shop department through administrative responsibilities.
• Document all relevant information on repairs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
