Job summary

MileOne Autogroup is seeking a full-time Body Shop Receptionist to provide high-level customer support at the collision center. The role offers advancement opportunities into Estimator positions and a supportive, success-driven environment.

Schedule is 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with an hourly pay range of $15.00 to $17.00. Primary duties include answering calls, routing inquiries, and performing basic clerical tasks to support customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Automotive Dealership or Collision Center experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills

Heritage Body Shop is busy and we need to add a customer-centric team member to provide high-level customer support to our customers. We are looking for a full-time receptionist, and this role has great potential for advancement from within. Body Shop receptionists often have opportunities to advance to Estimator roles within the organization.

The Body Shop Receptionist receives callers at the collision center, determines the nature of their business, and directs callers to their destination. In addition, this person routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers.

Essential Duties:

• Answers incoming phone calls
• Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assists with clerical duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Automotive Dealership or Collision Center experience

• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills
