Job summary

DeMontrond Auto Group is seeking a Bodyshop Receptionist in Conroe, Texas. This role requires a friendly, service-oriented individual to perform clerical duties and assist customers. Responsibilities include handling client concerns, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks. Bodyshop Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with customers and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Must maintain and display a positive attitude
• Maintain Regular attendance in compliance with DeMontrond standards
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail
• Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business
• Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Keep itineraries of specific people and handle tasks that need immediate attention in the absence of those people.
• Responsible to open repair and close repair orders.
• Type correspondence, forms and other documents as assigned.
• Assist management as requested in completion projects or special requests
• Attend department meetings

Education and/or Experience
