Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Body Shop Mechanic to join a growing team focused on safety, quality, integrity and heart in every vehicle repaired. You will inspect and diagnose vehicles, perform brake, engine and alignment work, and use computerized diagnostic tools to ensure proper repair.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization, multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examines vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions.
• Test drives vehicles and tests components and systems using diagnostic devices.
• Repair, align, replace, and adjust brake systems and perform vehicle alignments.
• Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.
• Repair and/or replace engine components, brake systems, steering and air bag systems.
• Perform other related duties to ensure an efficient and effective repair.
