You will oversee workflow, mentor technicians, write repair estimates, and ensure compliance with OEM/I-CAR standards while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Body Shop Manager or Senior Estimator in an automotive collision center.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating, and refinishing.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex.
• I-CAR certification or willingness to obtain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day body shop operations including workflow, scheduling, and production efficiency.
• Manage and mentor collision repair technicians, painters, and support staff.
• Write accurate repair estimates and work directly with insurance adjusters and customers.
• Ensure all repairs meet OEM, I-CAR, and industry quality standards.
• Monitor shop performance metrics including cycle time, CSI scores, and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Order parts, manage vendor relationships, and control shop inventory.
