Job summary

Lithia & Driveway in Norfolk, VA seeks an Estimator to identify repair needs and communicate with customers and technicians. You will write repair orders and estimates using ProfitNet ADP and major estimating systems, delivering accurate quotes with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

Job description

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.

• Write accurate Estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems: Pathways, Mitchell, Audatex

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards Potential annual earnings: $60,000-$85,000

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit Bonuses based on: Manufacturer Approvability Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
