Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout their body shop repair experience.
• Coordinate customer and vehicle logistics and documentation.
• Process billing, insurance supplements, and payments.
• Communicate with insurance companies to move repairs toward completion.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed for payment.
