Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a body shop or automotive setting.
• Proficient with repair order creation and billing processes.
• Able to operate PC-based programs and invoicing systems.
• Familiar with insurance billing and deductibles.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather payment details.
• Write up repair orders and obtain customer signatures.
• Notify foreman of incoming work and update repair orders.
• Explain charges and obtain approvals for additional repairs.
• Close repair orders and communicate completed work to customers.
