Fairway Chevrolet Company in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Body Shop Office Clerk to act as the financial backbone of our dealership operations. This full-time role handles transactions accurately and professionally while delivering exceptional service to customers.

You will manage payments, deposits, and Repair Order paperwork, working closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth, compliant operations in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Body Shop Office experience preferred.
• Strong math and attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, check, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and reconcile discrepancies.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while handling payments and inquiries.
• Maintain detailed transaction records and prepare daily deposits.
• Process Repair Order Paperwork.
• Communicate with Insurance Companies for payments.
• Assist customers with financing paperwork and payment arrangements.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all company policies, security procedures, and compliance requirements.
