Job summary

Asbury is seeking a Body Shop Clerk to provide administrative support for body shop operations. You will greet customers, direct them to the right resources, answer calls, and handle payments efficiently.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the service department.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling cash and payments.
• Good computer and office equipment operation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a pleasant, professional manner.
• Direct customers to resources to meet needs.
• Answer and screen incoming calls and route accordingly.
• Process cash, checks, and card payments; reconcile cash drawer daily.
• File and open/close repair orders for vehicles.
• Operate office equipment and computer systems.
• Maintain customer satisfaction at or above company standards.
