CCMSI seeks a Multi-Line Claim Specialist (BI) in Scottsdale, AZ, with a focus on investigation, evaluation, and adjustment of complex bodily injury and general liability claims. The role requires handling a moderately to highly complex caseload for a national client account, following CCMSI’s standards and client instructions.

The position offers a hybrid schedule after the initial training period and opportunities for advancement within a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of Multi-Line (Bodily Injury) experience required.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Investigate, evaluate and adjust multi-line claims in accordance with standards and laws.
• Establish reserves and provide reserve recommendations within authority levels.
• Review and approve medical, legal, damage estimates and invoices; negotiate disputed bills.
• Authorize and make payments within procedures and authority.
• Negotiate settlements per standards and client instructions and state laws.
• Coordinate with outside vendors (legal, surveillance, case management).
• Maintain diary, monitor subrogation, and compute disability rates per state laws.
• Communicate with clients, claimants and other parties throughout the process.
• Provide notices of qualifying claims to excess/reinsurance carriers.
