Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust multi-line liability claims per procedures.
• Review medical, legal, and invoices; negotiate disputed bills.
• Authorize and pay multi-line liability claims within authority.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys.
• Assist in selection and supervision of defense attorneys.
• Assess and monitor subrogation claims.
• Prepare reports detailing claims, payments, and reserves.
• Provide reports and monitor files for excess insurers.
• Ensure compliance with service commitments.
• Deliver quality claim service to clients.
