CCMSI in Maitland, FL, is hiring a Multi-Line General Liability Claims Adjuster for a hybrid role with remote reporting options. You will investigate, evaluate, and settle General Liability, Bodily Injury, and Third-Party Property Damage claims on a national program, with NY license preferred and necessary adjuster licenses across jurisdictions.

Requirements include 5–10 years of claims experience, multi-jurisdictional exposure, and strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust multi-line liability claims per CCMSI guidelines.
• Review invoices and negotiate disputed bills for resolution.
• Authorize and pay liability claims within settlement authority.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys.
• Assist in selection and supervision of defense attorneys.
• Monitor subrogation claims for resolution.
• Prepare reports detailing claims, payments and reserves.
• Deliver quality claim service to clients.
