Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat Services Manager to lead the Boat Service area within a Bass Pro Shops or Free-Standing Store. You will supervise associates, manage service, rigging and warranty work, and maintain inventory accuracy while delivering world-class customer service.

Responsibilities include staffing, interviewing participation, training, and promoting a productive team environment. Prior supervisory experience in retail boating is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years in Retail Boating or similar industry; Supervisory experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct service department associates daily.
• Schedule and assign service, rigging and warranty work orders.
• Ensure work orders are completed to customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for units and parts.
• Drive world class customer service and a productive team environment.
• Staff service area, participate in interviewing and training.
