Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Service Specialist to support the Service Department, including inventory, pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and delivery orientation for boats, motors, trailers, and ATV/UTV.

You will greet customers, answer service and warranty questions, verify VINs, update IDS records, and assist with delivery packets and parts sales while ensuring accurate documentation and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Service Department operations including unit inventory procedures, PDI and delivery orientation.
• Answer service, warranty and parts questions over the phone and in person.
• Assist Receiving with unloading, inspection and VIN verification of new units.
• Update IDS with lot location and unit status; assist with physical inventories.
• Prepare delivery packets and paperwork in advance of pickup.
• Explain unit operation and maintenance procedures to customers.
• Assist with warranty repair authorization and IDS work orders.
