Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service in all interactions.
• Assist with unit delivery, service, warranty and parts questions.
• Support Receiving with unloading, inspection and VIN verification.
• Maintain unit inventory status and IDS updates.
• Explain unit operation and maintenance to customers.
• Prepare Owner’s Delivery Packet and delivery documents.
