Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains good long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers.
• Acquire full knowledge of complete product line, features and accessories for purchase.
• Demonstrates boats in showroom and at displays or shows; demonstrates boats on the water.
• Follows the MarineMax sales process to prospect new customers and follow up with prospects.
• Diligently inputs customer data into the IDS system and uses it to generate sales.
• Quoting sales price including tax, trade-in, and license; works with Business Manager on financing requirements.
• Oversees delivery of each unit sold and introduces customers to the dealership team for service operations.
• Lead and support customer events including Getaways and participate in boat shows and off-site promotions.
• Demonstrate basic seamanship skills and complete required Brainshark training.
