Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat Business Assistant to support the Boat Department with clerical tasks and customer service. The role includes assisting in financing/insurance programs, processing closings, and maintaining filing for MSO and titles.Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong data-entry skills.

This is a full-time on-site position in Missouri, with a focus on accurate, timely paperwork, customer interactions, and daily closing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ years old to qualify for this position.
• Clerical and data-entry skills preferred in marine/auto industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selling finance and insurance programs to increase dealer revenues.
• Process closing documents and enter customer deposits in IDS; maintain logs.
• Post deals within 24 hours of delivery and complete IDS data entry.
• Organize MSOs, safeguard documents, and complete affidavits for duplicates as needed.
• Answer multi-line phones professionally and route calls accurately.
• Maintain title paperwork and related dealer documentation; prepare check requests.
• Keep office stocked with supplies and manage title/registration paperwork.
• Perform other clerical tasks such as faxes and file maintenance as needed.
