Bass Pro Shops in Monroe, LA is hiring a Boat Business Assistant to provide clerical support for boat, motor, trailer, and ATV purchases. You will assist in financing, process closing documents, manage deposits, and ensure timely entry of deals in IDS.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures, make change to customers and calculate percentages.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selling finance and insurance programs.
• Conduct closings and funding activities.
• Process paperwork for sales (quotes, deposits, IDS entries).
• Post deals within 24 hours of delivery and manage MSO processing.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to the right department.
• Maintain office supplies and title/registration paperwork.
