Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

• Supports world class customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist in selling finance and insurance programs to increase dealer revenues.
• Coordinate all paperwork involved in the sale process and finalize quotes in IDS.
• Handle closing activities and ensure safekeeping of funds.
• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain office supplies and filing systems for easy retrieval.
• Process title work and related documentation; prepare check requests as needed.
• Input all sales activities into IDS within 24 hours of delivery.
• Complete and file all required manufacturer documentation and warranty registrations.
