Job summary

Bass Pro Shops Tracker Marine Boating Center is seeking a diligent Boat Business Assistant to support clerical tasks for boat, motor, trailer or ATV purchases. You will assist in selling finance and insurance programs and handle closing activities, paperwork, and IDS entries to ensure accurate data and timely processing.

The role involves answering phones, maintaining dealership paperwork, and keeping MSO and title work organized.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.
• Clerical/data entry experience preferred in marine or auto industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for boat, motor, trailer or ATV purchases in the Boat Department or at a Boat Dealership.
• Assist the Business/Sales Manager or Boat Manager in selling finance and insurance programs to increase dealer revenues.
• Conduct or assist in customer closings and funding activities and coordinate all paperwork in IDS.
• Answer multi-line phones in a timely, professional manner and route calls appropriately.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure proper title work and documentation are filed.
