Job summary

Bass Pro Shops seeks an energetic associate to assist Boat and ATV customers, providing friendly, product-informed guidance and driving sales. You will engage customers, maintain product knowledge, manage CRM leads, and ensure a clean, presentable showroom daily.

Responsibilities include processing transactions at the POS, collaborating with the Service Department, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information. Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.75 per hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist Boat and ATV customers in making informed buying decisions.
• Maintain current product knowledge and price/promotions awareness.
• Generate and manage leads in CRM and document follow-up activities.
• Prepare showroom daily with proper signage and presentation standards.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals based on status (Full Time/Part Time).
• Operate the POS and computer systems and maintain confidentiality of information.
