Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Boat Sales role based at Stone Harbor Marina in Stone Harbor, NJ. The Boat Sales professional will greet and engage customers, assess their boating needs, and guide them through the selection of new and pre-owned boats and marine products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting boat showings and demonstrations, preparing quotes, handling sales documentation, and coordinating closely with the service department to support post-sale customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales area and inventory organized, following up on leads, and participating in showroom events and promotions. The Boat Sales professional is expected to provide attentive, informed service that reflects the marina’s long-standing reputation for quality and integrity.
