Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform gel coat touch up and repairs for defects such as cracks and scratches.
• Mix gel coat and catalyst for patches.
• Prepare areas for patching using Dremel tools and sanding.
• Apply catalyzed gel coat with spray gun or patch blade.
• Sand, buff, and polish repaired surfaces after cure.
• Participate in detail audit to ensure repair quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
