Key Responsibilities

• Perform fiberglass and gelcoat repairs on hulls and decks
• Repair structural and cosmetic damage to boat bodies
• Sand, grind, and prepare surfaces for painting and refinishing
• Apply primers, paints, clear coats, and marine coatings
• Color match gelcoat and paint finishes
• Buff, polish, and detail vessels to showroom standards
• Remove and replace hardware as needed for refinishing
• Follow safety procedures when handling paints, solvents, and chemicals
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Assist in other areas of the shop

Must pass a background and drug test

Pay

Starting at $15.00 but based on experience

Hours

Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
