Bass Pro Shops is seeking a hands-on Gel Coat Technician to apply gel coat to production molds using hand-operated spray equipment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to procedures in a busy production environment.

Responsibilities include operating the spray gun, preparing and taping molds, and maintaining equipment. Must meet health and safety standards and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualificações

• Must pass a pulmonary function test and wear a respirator.
• Follow safety standards and procedures.
• Adhere to quality standards as processes evolve.

Responsabilidades

• Operate spray gun to apply gel coat to molds per production schedule.
• Pull tape on deck or hull molds.
• Maintain and clean test gel coating equipment.
• Maintain a clean and environmentally safe work area.
• Adhere to health, safety and chemical protocols.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
