Responsibilities include mold tape removal, equipment maintenance, and maintaining a safe, clean work area while adhering to health, safety, and chemical protocols. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent.
• Must follow safety standards and wear respirator.
• Adheres to quality standards and evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray gun to apply gel coat to molds according to schedule.
• Pull tape on deck or hull molds.
• Maintain and clean test gel coating equipment.
• Maintain a clean and environmentally safe work area.
• Comply with health, safety and chemical protocols.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
