Job summary

Bass Pro Shops seeks a Gel Coat Sprayer to apply gel coat to production hull and deck molds using hand-operated spray equipment. The role focuses on color, finish and thickness control while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a demanding environment.

Candidates must meet high school diploma requirements and follow strict safety and respiratory procedures. This is a full-time position with strong attention to quality and production standards at Bass Pro Shops facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must follow all safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Must pass pulmonary function test and respirator program.

Responsibilities

• Operates spray gun to apply various coats of gel coat to molds according to production schedule, ensuring color, finish and thickness are adhered to.
• Pulls tape on deck or hull molds.
• Maintains and cleans test gel coating equipment to ensure it operates as required.
• Maintains a clean and environmentally safe work area.
• Continued awareness and protective actions regarding all health, safety and chemical protocols and processes
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
