Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Meet with potential customers to determine boating and ATV needs.
• Provide information to help customers make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain product knowledge via brochures, Internet, and training.
• Work with Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
• Generate and manage leads in the CRM daily and document follow-up activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals based on status and schedule.
• Prepare the showroom each morning with signage and product cleanliness.
