Job summary

MarineMax Services Inc. is seeking a Delivery Captain to coordinate the handover, launch, and servicing of boats for customers. You will lead education sessions to familiarize buyers with new or used vessels and ensure smooth on-water demonstrations.

In this role you will manage delivery schedules, perform minor maintenance checks, assist with boat shows, and train sales staff on boat handling and safety, all while upholding MarineMax values and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the handover, launch, and servicing of boats for customers.
• Lead customer education sessions to familiarize buyers with new or used boats.
• Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with dealerships for on-water deliveries.
• Perform minor engine and systems checks and maintenance as needed.
• Assist with boat shows and offsite events; demonstrate boats on the water.
