Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer closings and funding activities.
• Create and finalize quotes in IDS and print closing documents.
• Enter deposits and post deals within 24 hours of delivery.
• Maintain MSO filing and title paperwork; safeguard documents.
• Answer multi-line phones and direct inquiries to the proper associate.
• Keep department stocked with office supplies and manage paperwork.
