Bass Pro Shops in East Peoria, IL is seeking a Boat Business Assistant to provide clerical support for boat, motor, trailer or ATV purchases in the Boat Department or at a Boat Dealership. You will assist in selling finance programs and conduct customer closings and funding activities.

You will manage IDS data entry, print documents, deposit handling, title work, and filing while maintaining logs and preparing payments.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.
• Clerical/data entry experience in marine or auto industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Boat Department sales and financing activities.
• Prepares and prints quotes in IDS and finalizes closing documents.
• Posts deals within 24 hours of delivery and manages related logs.
• Organizes MSOs, processes title work, and files appropriate affidavits.
• Answers multi-line phones and routes calls, maintains office supplies.
• Performs general clerical tasks and day-end closing procedures.
