Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Prattville is seeking a Boat Business Assistant to provide clerical support for all boat, motor, trailer or ATV customer purchases in the Boat Department or at a Boat Dealership. You will assist the Sales Manager in promoting finance and insurance programs and help with closing activities and paperwork in IDS.

The role requires strong data entry, accurate record keeping, and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for all boat department sales and closings.
• Assist in selling finance and insurance programs to increase dealer revenues.
• Coordinate paperwork and data entry in IDS, print closing documents, and maintain logs.
• Handle multi-line phones and direct calls to the appropriate associates.
