Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers in making informed buying decisions within our department. You will engage customers, provide product information, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience with up-to-date knowledge of promotions and pricing.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork with the service department, and daily CRM lead management to drive sales and customer follow-up. Full-time opportunities and ongoing training support success.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to operate computer systems and POS register.
• Willingness to learn and meet sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Assist Boat and ATV customers in making informed buying decisions.
• Engage customers and provide world-class service throughout the shopping experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on pricing and promotions.
• Generate and manage leads in the CRM and document follow-up activities.
• Present showroom per standards and ensure products are clean and sellable.
• Support the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery.
• Complete required paperwork for sales processes.
