Zusammenfassung

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right boat and ATV products with friendly, knowledgeable service. You will engage shoppers, determine needs, share product information, and guide decisions while maintaining current knowledge and presenting items attractively.

You will also manage CRM leads, participate in events, coordinate with the service team for seamless delivery, and uphold store policies, cleanliness, and confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computer system & POS register system.

Aufgaben

• Assist Boat and ATV customers in making informed buying decisions.
• Engage all customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Meet with potential customers to determine their boating and/or ATV needs.
• Provide information necessary to allow the customer to make an informed buying decision.
• Maintain product knowledge using brochures, internet, and training meetings.
• Maintain awareness of pricing structures and promotions and adhere to selling skills training.
