Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers in making informed buying decisions. You will engage customers, maintain product knowledge, and coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless delivery, while meeting monthly sales goals.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills. Training and selling skill development are part of the role in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.

Responsabilités

• Assist Boat and ATV customers in making informed buying decisions.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on pricing and promotions.
• Use CRM to generate leads, document follow-ups and daily tasks.
• Prepare showroom each morning with proper signage and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Service Department to ensure seamless delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales goals based on status and schedule.
