Bass Pro Shops in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to engage customers, assess boating and ATV needs, and guide decisions with up-to-date product knowledge. You will handle CRM leads, manage daily tasks, and ensure a clean, attractive showroom while meeting sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and POS system proficiency, with opportunities to participate in events and promotions through the store’s sales team.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale (POS) register system.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Meet with potential customers to determine boating and ATV needs and assist buying decisions.
• Maintain current product knowledge and sales materials, promotions, and pricing.
• Prepare showroom daily and manage paperwork and CRM leads to drive follow-ups and sales.
