Responsibilities

• Engages customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Meets with potential customers to determine boating and/or ATV needs.
• Provides information to help customers make informed buying decisions.
• Maintains current product knowledge via brochures, internet, and trainings.
• Keeps aware of advertised items, pricing, and promotions.
• Uses CRM to generate and manage leads and document follow-up activities.
• Works with Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
• Prepares showroom each morning with proper signage and presentation standards.
• Maintains neat, clean, and sellable product displays.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
