Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers in making informed buying decisions within our Boat & ATV department. You will engage customers, determine needs, and keep current on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to drive sales.

Responsibilities include CRM lead management, timely customer follow-up, and collaboration with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Meets with potential customers to determine boating/ATV needs and provide information for informed decisions.
• Maintains current product knowledge via brochures, Internet, and training.
• Keeps aware of advertised items, pricing, and promotions.
• Generates and manages leads in CRM and documents follow-up activities.
