Bass Pro Shops Foxborough, MA is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to help Boat and ATV customers choose the right products. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and guide them to informed purchases.

Responsibilities include maintaining displays, managing CRM leads, and meeting sales goals with a strong emphasis on friendly service. You will work with a team to ensure seamless delivery, accurate paperwork, and compliant operations while representing the Bass Pro Shops brand with

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate with customers and associates in a friendly, professional manner.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computer systems and Point of Sale (POS) registers.
• Performs other duties and assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supports world-class customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
• Engages customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Determines boating/ATV needs and provides information to aid decisions.
• Maintains up-to-date product knowledge via brochures, internet, and trainings.
• Keeps signage and displays presentable and compliant with standards.
• Keeps the showroom clean and professional throughout the day.
• Generates and manages leads in the CRM tool with follow-ups.
• Participates in events and completes required paperwork.
• Meets/exceeds monthly sales goals and follows company policies.
