Collins Aerospace is seeking a senior technical leader to head a Board Support Package (BSP) software engineering team in El Segundo, CA, onsite. The role requires directing cost, schedule, and technical performance across programs while collaborating with hardware, software, systems design, and program management teams.

The position demands a mature leader with 10+ years guiding engineering teams, strong embedded software and EVM experience, and an active SECRET clearance.

Formación

• Active SECRET clearance required prior to start date
• 10+ years leading engineering teams in a technical development environment
• Experience with embedded software development and BSP software
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk management

Responsabilidades

• Lead BSP software team to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance goals
• Mentor engineers and manage staffing across multiple programs
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, program managers, and shared services
• Drive product strategy and engineering excellence for BSP software
• Support pursuit efforts with technical input to win new business
