Job summary

Farther Finance, LLC is seeking a results-driven outbound sales professional to engage condo and HOA boards and managers. You’ll qualify opportunities, book meetings for the Director of Institutional, and build early rapport while working within a collaborative fintech environment.

You’ll use HubSpot for CRM, communicate clearly with board volunteers and property professionals, and have room to grow into leading introductory conversations and sales paths as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales with a track record of meeting activity targets.
• Excellent phone presence and resilience for cold outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication with boards and property professionals.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Call and email condo/HOA boards and managers, targeting 50+ daily touches.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the Director of Institutional.
• Build rapport with boards, managers, and gatekeepers.
• Log all touches in the CRM and track calls, connections, and meetings.
