Farther Finance, LLC is seeking an energetic outbound sales professional to engage condo and HOA boards, initiating conversations and setting qualified meetings for the Director of Institutional. You will be part of a fast-growing wealth-management tech environment, with clear advancement into sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or business development with proven target achievement.
• Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with boards and managers.
• Strong verbal and written communication for professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ calls/emails daily to condo, HOA boards and community managers.
• Qualify opportunities by size and fit and book meetings for the Director of Institutional.
• Build rapport with boards, managers and gatekeepers.
• Log all touches in HubSpot and track calls, connects, and meetings.
• Collaborate with the Director of Institutional on target lists and outreach, with growth potential.
