Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles in Ashland City, TN for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is full-time, 5 days per week, with a ASAP start date and a focus on school-based support.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, developing BIPs, safety planning for challenging behaviors, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and creating data-friendly reporting tools to track progress.

Competenze

• Must hold a valid TN BCBA license.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Hello BCBAs, Come work with a women and therapist-founded company committed to elevating your experience as a school-based professional. Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person roles for the upcoming the 2026-2027 school year .

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week
• Start Date: ASAP!
• Location: In-person, in Ashland City, TN

Role Details

• Coach and support school staff

Qualifications
