Ampersand Therapy in Ashland City, TN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-person, school-based work for the 2026–2027 school year. You will coach staff, develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs), provide safety plans for students exhibiting challenging behaviors, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.

$50-$60/hourly

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week
• Start Date: ASAP!
• Location: In-person, in Ashland City, TN

Role Details:

• Coach and support school staff
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Set and support academic and behavioral goals
• Create teacher-friendly data collection systems

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid BCBA license in TN
• School-based experience preferred
