Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is hiring BCBA professionals to join a dedicated team providing ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings. Choose full- or part-time roles with flexible caseloads and strong administrative support, backed by a caring, family-like culture.

Earn up to $150,000 per year with weekly pay, plus a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus. Masters required, BCBA certification active, and LBA preferred. Join us to impact lives while maintaining balance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.

• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
