Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is hiring BCBA clinicians to provide supervision and ABA services across in-home, school, and community settings. Enjoy balance, supportive leadership, and opportunities for professional growth while delivering high-quality, child-centered care.

We offer flexible caseloads, strong administrative support, weekly pay, and a $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus. Full-time and part-time positions are available with a warm, family-like environment and ongoing CEU access.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curricula and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
