Job summary

Succeed ABA is hiring BCBA candidates to lead evidence-based ABA services in home, school, and community settings in Arizona. The role emphasizes flexible schedules, supportive leadership, and opportunities for professional growth, with a sign-on bonus and competitive pay up to $150,000 per year.

You will supervise BTs/RBTs, design and review intervention plans, analyze data, and train parents and staff while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA certification required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
• Review session notes and clinical reports
