Job summary

Succeed ABA is hiring BCBAs to lead supervision and develop ABA curriculums for children with autism in in-home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes data-driven program changes, staff training, and collaboration with administrative teams to maintain clinical quality and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
